To reset your password
Use the "Forgot your login credentials?" link on the login page (https://elearning.mhpod.gov.au/) and enter the email address you use for MHPOD.
The passsword reset email should arrive in a matter of seconds however some email servers will ask our server to put the email on-hold for a few minutes. This is an anti-spam procedure employed by some organisations, so please be patient and check your spam folder.
If the email doesn't arrive in 10 minutes and you can't find it in your spam or junk folders, please try again (it's possible there was a typo when you entered your email address).

I received the email but the link didn't work?
Please note that the link we send you will only work for 15 minutes from the time you clicked "Forgot your login credentials?".
If you receive an email and when you click the link you saw:
Login unsuccessful
The link you followed has expired. Please use the "Forgot your login credentials" link on the login page to send yourself a new password reset link.
It is most likely that more than 15 minutes has elapsed since the email was generated. Please try again.
I've definitely followed the process within 15 minutes and it still doesn't work
If all else fails, please visit the browser check page and send the link it generates to our help team (help@mhpod.gov.au).
Before sending your email, please watch the video linked above which shows you how the process should work. The more detail you include in your email on where you get up to and where the process falls down, including any error messages you are seeing, the faster we will be at resolving your issue.
