To reset your password

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page ( and enter the email address you use for MHPOD.

The passsword reset email should arrive in a matter of seconds however some email servers will ask our server to put the email on-hold for 10 minutes and try again. This is an anti-spam procedure employed by some organisations, so please wait up to 15 minutes before trying again.

Don't forget to check your spam and junk folders as it's possible the email has ended up in there. If the email doesn't arrive in 15 minutes and you can't find it in your spam or junk folders, please try again (it's possible there was a typo when you entered your email address).

Here is an example of the password reset procedure:

I received the email but the link didn't work?

Please note that the link we send you will only work once. As soon as the portal receives a request that contains the current secret for your account, the secret is regenerated. Additionally every time you use the Forgot your password link on the login page any previous links (used or not) that might be in transit to your inbox will also be invalidated.

If you receive an email and when you click the link you see a message:

Login unsuccessful
The link you followed has been used previously or superceded. Please use the "Forgot your password" link on the login page to send yourself a new one-time link.

It is most likely that you have clicked a link from an earlier reset attempt, clicked the link multiple times or refreshed the profile page. As per the instructions, unfortunately you will need to try again (or wait for the most recent email to arrive)

I've definitely followed the process only once and it still doesn't work

If you are using Internet Explorer, it's also possible that your security or privacy settings are too restrictive. Please see the associated article linked below, I'm having trouble and I use Internet Explorer 11.

If all else fails, please visit the browser check page and send the link it generates to our help team ( with a description of what you have tried and the issue you are having. Please describe any error messages you are seeing.
