Do learners need to have an MHPOD account before I send them a token?

Learners need an account, but they don't necessarily need to have one before you mint a token. Creating an account is quick and fully self-service. Learners go to MHPOD, enter their email address, receive a one-time code, and they are in. There is no approval process or gatekeeper. Once they have an account, they simply paste the token into their profile.
