Can I transfer a token to someone else if I leave my organisation?

Yes. From the My Tokens page you can initiate a transfer by entering the recipient's email address. Because transfers are irreversible, the system will send a verification code to confirm the action before it goes through. The recipient must already have an MHPOD account.
