Can a learner be linked to more than one token?

Yes. Learners can add as many tokens as they like, and this is by design. People move between organisations over time, or may concurrently work across multiple organisations or teams. Tokens can be added and removed freely, so a learner can hold tokens from several different organisations, or multiple tokens from within the one organisation representing different teams or cohorts.

Importantly, learners control who can see their progress and can revoke access at any time.
